After gaining A City & Guilds at Middlesbrough college I set about my career working in various 4 Star 3 Rosette hotels progressing through the ranks working at Wyck Hill House, Hotel Du Vin to name a few.

Then onto the opening of The Swan (West Malling) a trendy Champagne/Wine Bar with relaxed but Fine Dining Restaurant. To diversify my progressive career I went to Birmingham as Food & Beverage Manager at The Jam House, a live music venue for Jools Holland. A fantastic venue for Music, food and Live Music.

An opportunity came to work with Jean Christophe Novelli at Auberge Du Lac and back to fine Dining, Michelin star food. A great experience to work with such a talented Chef. Another challenge beckoned and moved to The Midlands managing a restaurant in Nottingham and this is where I realized working for people just was not challenging enough (or too challenging for them!!) The idea came to start my own business Chef/Director of Culinary Temptations, a Fine Dining Experience cooking for smaller parties in their own home, finally finding my passion, Meeting some wonderful people, some famous, gaining a great following for the last 8 years, creating fablulous memories
